The first level consists of a double bed, a sofa bed ideal for children, two wardrobes, a TV, a bathroom with shower, has a lovely relaxing corner with a small balcony facing the sea. The second level consists of a large kitchen equipped with all accessories and a fridge, a TV, a service bathroom, a sofa bed. The second level includes a splendid sea view terrace for dining and for chilling outside.

Modica (18,6 km)
Modica will enter your heart for its cheeky Baroque that overflows in every alley and for its excellent chocolate , unique in the world and prepared with a very special technique. The old center perched on a hill is romantic and fascinating and the palaces and theaters, magnificent and elegant, are many, as are many churches to admire and archaeological remains. Marzamemi is an ancient fishing village famous for its tonnara. During the day, the Marzamemi area is full of wonderful beaches to visit. First of all, San Lorenzo which with its crystalline sea and clear sand is just a few steps away. The coast reserves many other surprises to discover: the lush landscape of Calamosche beach , a cove surrounded by rocks and dense vegetation; the Vendicari nature reserve which, in addition to the beaches, offers itineraries and excursions to discover an uncontaminated place.

Ragusa Ibla is the ancient historical center of the city of Ragusa. It is famous all over the world for its over fifty churches and numerous palaces, evidence of the highest expression of the Baroque in Sicily. Located on a hill, the small village of Ibla dominates the surrounding valley, with its small houses and streets on which the majestic Cathedral of San Giorgio reigns , the highest expression of the Hyblaean baroque. Ragusa ibla has become in recent years one of the most important tourist attractions in Sicily and was included in 2002 among the Baroque UNESCO World Heritage sites of the Val di Noto.

“È stato un bel soggiorno che ci ha permesso di abbandonare la macchina con la grande comodità di attraversare la strada e tuffarci subito in mare. La struttura è ben isolata dai rumori esterni e si mantiene abbastanza fresca e ventilata grazie anche ad uno splendido terrazzìno che si affaccia sulla vita notturna. Ben attrezzata e arredata lo consiglio a coppie che voglio visitare luoghi limitrofi, visto che gode di una posizione strategica e ben servita da tutti i servizi essenziali e di piaceri culinari, per questo consiglio di visitare Baglieri come gelateria e ristorazione. “Posizione strategica sul lungomare, ci si può muovere a piedi e vicino c’è tutto ciò che serve. Bellissima la vista dal terrazzino! Si attraversa la strada e sei in spiaggia. Per gli sportivi e non, la mattina presto o al tramonto correre sulla spiaggia è fantastico.”
